Summer Knit | All About She, Lorde & Tourist

I have a problem... I can't stop buying knits! Even though Summer is banging on the door, I can't stop myself from browsing through rows of chunky oversized knits in charity shops. The latest knit to sneak in to my wardrobe is a summer friendly one from Topshop. The bright whiteness and holey pattern feeds my knitted needs for the hotter weather that is (hopefully) on the way.

Bravo H&M for these making these mules! First wear, the peep toe isn't the most comfy, but I'm not a huge fan of toes so the loss of the big one is no big deal. I'm sure they'll get better with time and at £24.99 I'll put up with the pain!

I've kept it casual and comfy with Topshop mom jeans and layered H&M necklaces in a pretty turquoise.

& Music

Three day weekends are the best aren't they?! Mine was filled with shopping, nights out, cookies and these noises...

I'm a fan of anything Jacob Banks puts his voice to and this team up with All About She is just perfect. The contrasting vocals work so well together on this infectious pop garage collaboration. AND you can get this delightful track and a few others for free on Band Camp!

After hearing Flume's remix of Disclosure 'You And Me' last year, I've been waiting for him to pick up someone else's track and do his thing to it. Lorde's smoky vocals teamed with Flume's infusion of heavy and hypnotising beats is bang on. *Recommend speakers on FULL*

This is the title track from Tourist's first EP released under Disclosure's Method Records and boy is it a good'un! Featured vocalist Lianne La Havas has a delicious voice so well suited over the electronic beats, but it's the choir that chirps up around one minute in that makes this track for me.
